鶯歌桌宴─傳家味Yingge Table Feast – The Taste of Family Heritage
2024年「鶯歌桌宴─傳家味」,由土城三代傳承的「青青餐廳」阿發師與女兒施捷宜攜手策劃,以鶯歌在地生活為靈感,整理當地居民的口述記憶,將昔日「窯廠」與「辦桌」的熱鬧場景重新演繹。活動精心設計十三道融合傳統與創新的臺灣料理,運用醃漬、蒸、煮、炒、炸等多樣烹調技法,呈現豐富且層次分明的風味,同時選用十家鶯歌窯場製作的精美餐具,展現陶瓷傳承與臺灣生活美學的傳家精神。
雙好2byWu&Chen以「工廠」為主題,結合鶯歌在地的窯廠與花紙工廠,為餐會現場設計出具有「沉浸式」實景的用餐氛圍。他們透過陶瓷製作過程中的元素,巧妙運用工業美學語彙,將空間轉化為一座彷彿正在運作的「工廠內的餐會」,讓傳統手工藝與現代設計交融。提供與會貴賓品嚐「鶯歌傳家菜」,更能身歷其境感受鶯歌窯業的文化傳承與歷史底蘊,集美味、設計與文化的產地體驗。
The 2024 "Yingge Table Feast – The Taste of Family Heritage" is a collaborative creation by Master Chef Afa and his daughter Shih Chieh-Yi from the renowned "ChinChin Taipei Restaurant," a culinary legacy spanning three generations in Tucheng. Drawing inspiration from the daily lives of Yingge residents, they have meticulously curated local oral histories, reimagining the bustling scenes of past kiln factories and traditional banquet gatherings. The event features a thoughtfully crafted 13-course menu that blends traditional and innovative Taiwanese cuisine. Employing diverse culinary techniques such as pickling, steaming, boiling, stir-frying, and frying, the dishes deliver rich, layered flavors. Additionally, exquisite tableware from ten Yingge kiln studios highlights the spirit of ceramic heritage and Taiwanese lifestyle aesthetics.
2byWu&Chen has designed an immersive dining atmosphere under the theme of "factory," integrating elements from Yingge’s local kilns and decal factories. Drawing on the ceramic-making process, they skillfully incorporate industrial aesthetics to transform the venue into a vibrant "factory banquet." This unique setting harmonizes traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Guests are invited to savor the signature "Yingge Heritage Dishes" while experiencing the rich cultural legacy and historical depth of Yingge’s ceramic industry. It is a one-of-a-kind journey that seamlessly blends gastronomy, design, and cultural heritage.
